In Loving Memory Of Omer Qureshi

Last night we were hit with the devastating news that our beloved brother Omer Qureshi passed away after a fatal motorcycle accident in Irvine. He was on his way home from the Islamic Center of Irvine after Maghrib when the tragedy occurred. We're starting a fund and ask that everyone please help donate in memory of him. Whatever is collected will be donated to the Tustin and Irvine masjid youth group programs in his name to ensure he gets the reward. He was very involved with the masjid and would have really appreciated that this was done in his name. Omer, as well as his family were very involved with the local community at Tustin masjid and ICOI. Omer would make time to do the IT work while simultaneously maintaining the masjid's website. He was heavily involved with both the youth groups of ICOI and Tustin masjid. He devoted his time and efforts for the community and now it's our time to give back. Please keep him in your prayers and pray that his family finds patience and strength in these difficult times. Pray that he is granted Jannatul Firdaus. Not only did his family just lose a son, we all lost a brother who we dearly admired for his loving and caring personality.
