El 16 de abril de 2020, nuestra entidad fue requerida por un particular que se encontró una perrita de aprox. 4 meses delante de su casa en Corbera de Llobregat. Al llegar allí, pasamos el lector de microchip y vimos que tenía propietario. También vimos que la perrita cojeaba de la pata trasera, por lo que se decidió trasladarla al veterinario, que diagnosticó una fractura de fémur y el 21 de abril se realizó la operación quirúrgica. El propietario, a la vista del coste de la operación, se desentendió completamente de la perrita, por lo que, transcurridos los 20 días legales, se realizó un cambio de propiedad.
Transcurridos unos 10 días desde la operación, viendo que la perrita no presentaba ninguna mejoría y además tenía dolor y seguía cojeando, se decidió consultar con un especialista (traumatólogo), que, a la vista de las radiografías, determinó que se tenía que hacer una cirugía de reconstrucción de la cabeza femoral ósea y cultivos correspondientes, cuyo presupuesto asciende a 1.200,00 Euros.
Esta operación deberá ser realizada a la mayor brevedad posible, pero para poder operarla se nos solicita pagar en el momento de la intervención. Por eso os pedimos que nos ayudéis con estos gastos para que MELÈ pueda recuperarse y ser una perrita sana y feliz.

On April 16, 2020, our entity was requested by an individual who found a dog of approx. 4 months in front of his house in Corbera de Llobregat. When we got there, we passed the microchip reader and saw that it had an owner. We also saw that the dog limped on the hind leg, so it was decided to transfer her to the vet, who diagnosed a femur fracture, and on April 21, the surgical operation was performed. The owner, in view of the cost of the operation, completely disregarded the dog, so, after the 20 legal days, a change of ownership was made.
About 10 days after the operation, seeing that the dog did not show any improvement and also had pain and was still limping, it was decided to consult a specialist (traumatologist), who, in view of the radiographs, determined that an reconstruction surgery of the femoral bone head and corresponding cultures had to be done, whose budget amounts to 1.200,00 Euros.
This operation must be carried out as soon as possible, but in order to operate it, we are asked to pay at the time of the intervention. That is why we ask you to help us with these expenses so that MELÈ can recover and be a healthy and happy dog.
