Diane's Cancer Treatment Fund

On April 23, 2016, my mom, Diane, was admitted to the hospital with internal bleeding.  Little did we know that she would be diagnosed with colon cancer which has spread to other places. 

There are no words to express how truly unfair this is.  She and her husband Sean live an organic lifestyle and preach to others about how important it is to eat healthy and exercise; it came as a huge shock of her diagnosis.

She is also a kind and loving person who makes friends with everyone she meets.  She is a member of the Blue Ridge Spinning and Weaving group and a potter.  She has 3 loving children and a family who lives locally.  Diane is fighting this cancer with an aggressive form of chemotherapy and radiation.  She lives in Purcellville, VA and will be traveling back and forth to Virginia Hospital Center in Arlington to get treated 5x a week for at least a month, maybe more. 

Although she does have medical covereage, it will only cover so much.  Sean is a self-published writer and she is a self-employed artist.  We appreciate any help given to ensure she gets the proper treatment that is needed.
