Two Mammas' Vegan Kitchen

Two Mammas' Vegan Kitchen is an up and coming all vegan, kid-friendly cafe/bakery, that is dedicated to educating and feeding adults and children healthy, local, sustainable, earth/animal friendly foods. Two Mammas' features artisan breads, focaccia, pizza, desserts, and a rotating dinner menu, all vegan, with produce we get direct from local farms, made in small batches, and with gluten-free options. We are going to be at several Oakland-based Street Festivals this summer, and we need commercial kitchen equipment, including a professional-grade standing mixer, so that we can keep up with demand.
