I don't even know how to start to begin to ask for help. I am a dad with 4 wonderful children and a wife. We just got our own house on our own again. Recently, I found out I have a pretty large tumor in my bladder and a biopsy was needed to get a sample and see if it was cancerous or not. Well, we got the results back and come to find out it is cancer.

I don't even know how to express my feelings right now regarding it because it almost doesn't even feel real, honestly. But I need help, please
