Homeless and have no car

My name is Ashley, we we were effected by hurricane Harvey in visor, Texas where we lived my whole life up till a we ago when we lost absolutely everything..we have no place to live so we are homeless we lost our only truck to the flood waters as well. I have 3 children and nowhere to go or a way to get to a shelter. Fema can't help us because we don't have a vehicle to get to our flooded house to let them inspect. Unemployment says they need paperwork out of our flooded house that i can't get too. We have called everyone and done everything we can just to find a way for my husband to go to work so we can at least get a vehicle to have a job. We had to be rescued from our house that had 5ft of water in it with us when a boat passing by happen to be so gracious to save us and my 3 kids...now we are 100 miles from home with nothing and no one. The only family I had was my mom but she left us high and dry 3 days ago. So please anyone we are BEGGING for help just for a vehicle so my husband can work so we can at least find a place to live
