My medical missions to S. America

Hi friends and family. I'm going on three medical missions in the coming year--Two to Honduras and another to El Salvador in the Fall. These missions focus on Primary care (especially pediatrics) and emergency medicine within under-served communities--fields that I am deeply interested in and that face a serious shortage of physicians in the future. Any help funding these important trips or passing this message along to others would be extremely appreciated. Thank you all and please forgive this shameless entreaty for your hard-earned money. I happily accept kind words of encouragement as well.
