Axel Strong!

Donation protected

Axel Morris is fighting cancer for the second time in less than a year.  He has officially been re-diagnosed with Stage 4 Mature B Cell Lymphoma.  The upcoming chemo diagnosed for this second round of cancer will be much more strenuous and aggressive than prior treatments.

Who is Axel?  Axel is a 15 year old teenager from Milford, DE.  He is a student at Milford Senior High School.  His parents are Candice Morris (Step-father to be Tim Turner) and Dad Joe Morris.  He has a sister, Emme and a sister in love, Jaelin.  His paternal Grandfather, Joe Morris, Sr. is very active within the Carlisle Fire Department as a first responder.  His maternal Grandfather, Richard Vican, has served this community for many years within the Lions Club.  This family is firmly rooted in this community.

What does Axel need?  He needs love, prayer and uplifting support!  He and his family could certainly use financial support, as well.  They were blessed with support when Axel was in the hospital the first time.  Candice stays in the hospital with Axel in the Oncology ward while Axel is there.  At this time, there is not an estimated discharge date.  The last stay lasted months.  During this time, there are additional expenses associated with not staying at home for both Axel and Mom.  Also, Candice will miss A LOT of work and her income is, of course, needed to get by financially.

To give you bit of a back story, Axel Morris was diagnosed with cancer right before Christmas in 2019.  After having gone through 4 rounds of chemo and spending months in the hospital, he was told that the cancer was gone.  Over the last couple of weeks, he developed symptoms.  Last week, he returned to AI Dupont Hospital for Children in Wilmington, DE for testing.  The official results were given just today (11/25/20).

We understand times are hard for so many right now.  I'm asking only that you donate what you are willing and able to.  Above all, pray.  Please lift this child before God in prayer.  He needs healing.  Thank you.
