Please help our friend Amber and her family pay for urgent treatment for their pet.
On Thursday 9th May their pet Shadow an 18 month Sharpei got loose and ran off while on a family walk in Dorset.
They searched all night and for days after he went missing walking for miles and had teams of people looking as well as the coastguard and Drones.
They had been advised that he had probably been stolen which was devastating.
A miracle happened on Sunday 23rd June & Shadow was spotted on a beach almost 6 weeks after his disappearance!!
Shadow was returned to the family last night frail, skinny & dehydrated and half the dog he used to be.... :(
He is back at the vets today and currently undergoing an emergency life saving operation to remove bones and stones from his stomach. He also has a broken leg....
Vet bills are estimated at approx £3000 but could go higher depending on how things progress.
The family are working out how to get the money, which will leave them with huge debts but they love this dog so much and any help would be hugely appreciated. Any funds remaining will be donated to Coastguard as they were so helpful in our search.
