It is with immense sadness that we share the news of the passing of Rick Chilpa. He lost a hard and tough battle with Covid-19 on September 1, 2021, and he was fully vaccinated. 

Ricky was an amazing son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend to many, he will be deeply missed and remembered by everyone who was lucky enough to know him. He was a huge Dodger fan, loved the Raiders, and enjoyed listening to his metal and hard rock music. Rick always had a big smile, a huge heart, and a way of making you laugh with something silly that he said.

Honestly, we still can’t believe that he is gone.

He leaves behind his father Enrique, his brother Eric, Eric’s wife Val, his sister Sandra and Rick’s multiple nieces and nephews. He is now in Heaven with his beautiful mom Maruca.

This unexpected death brings upon additional expenses for the family. We are hoping to raise funds for the cost of the funeral and other expenses.
