I am WILLIAM M GAYLORD JR and i have been diagnosed with CKD RENAL KIDNEY FAILURE. Since 2003 i have been on dialysis. This 2016 and i was just accepted on the transplant list in ORLANDO MEDICAL CENTER.
The tranplant team explained to me that i may need some assistant with funds. This is why i am requesting for assistance. Being that i am just getting on the tranplant list, They explained to me that very soon the procudre will accur.
This fund raising will mean a great deal to me because of the need to continue care for transplant procudure and there after. The transplant team explaine d to me that medication wil be very costly and patient care after procedure. Again if the fund rasing can help or concider helping me i will greatley appriciate it.
