Calais Refugee Aid

Every day I see and hear more stories of deprivation and pain while I sit in the relative comfort of my everyday life. Just today I found myself complaining about the draught that’s coming through the office windows. The sheltered and privileged life I lead bears no resemblance to the disrupted and dangerous life of a camp resident. So on Saturday 15th October I will be joining Calais Refugee Aid (CRA) to Calais, more commonly referred to as ‘The Jungle’ to provide food, water and everyday essentials to the residents of the Calais Camp.

The CRA team have been working tirelessly on this humanitarian project, and without fail, embark on the trip across the channel every month to provide aid to the refugees.

These trips wouldn’t be possible without the help and support of people like you. Every penny you donate will be spent on food, clothing and the daily living essentials we take for granted.
