Scuber Mountain's Second Album

Donation protected
Scuber Mountain is Northern California's most tragic pop group.

Rising phoenix-like from the ashes of The Young Miller's Cafe Band (Eastern Kansas's most tragic pop group), Scuber Mountain formed in 2013 in Humboldt County, California, incorporating all three founding members--Aber Miller, Kym Scafe, and Braden Young--and expanding to include Drew Mohr on bass, John Daren Thomas on drums, and Russ Thallheimer on saxophone.

Scuber Mountain released their debut album, "Return to Scuber Mountain" in 2014, much to the chagrin of local music fans on the north coast.  After two years of touring, writing, and performing, the band began work on its second album in summer of 2016, but only got  bass and drums recorded before coming to the unfortunate realization that they had blown their financial load on a recent national tour.

So now we come to you, penniless and confused, asking you for alms to continue our opus of terror.

The songs for the new album are already written--songs of love and longing, of heartbreak and of boundless joy... no, just kidding, it's just more songs about rimjobs and getting eighty-sixed from national parks.  But WE think they're really good, and we want you to hear them.  All that stands between us and another mediocre album is your money.

As bad as we are at being genuine, this is a really big deal to us.  We've been crafting this collection of tunes over the last couple years and hope we can get it out before the band dissolves as the members move on with their lives and become well-adjusted adults.
