Burial expenses for Anthony “Duke” Mlejnek

Anthony “Duke” Mlejnek, passed away unexpectedly today at the age of 80. He went to the hospital by ambulance very early on the 26th with chest pain. It was determined that he had an aortic aneurysm that had ruptured and he was rushed into emergency surgery. Unfortunately his heart was just not strong enough to survive the procedure. He will be greatly missed. Duke did not have life insurance and I know the family would appreciate help offsetting Glenda’s burial expenses as she tries to figure out how to move forward.
