The most basic of human rights is the right to life -- the right to be born.
The most dangerous place in the world for a human being to be at this moment is the womb -- except, perhaps, for in Ireland.
I've been given the great privilege and opportunity to work with Rev. Pat Mahoney , and my dear friends of Ireland, Youth Defence, in keeping Ireland safe for women and for the preborn. On May 11th, we will set out from Belfast to walk the 100 miles to Dublin in prayer for the intention that Ireland remain a sanctuary for human rights and human life.
Today, Ireland remains one of the only countries in the world totally abortion-free; and it has the lowest maternal mortality rate in the Western world. And today, Ireland, is facing the most critical threat toward bringing abortion into that country and it is imperative that the American pro-life family stand in solidarity with them.
The EU and Planned Parenthood continue to batter the Irish with ever greater violence to accept abortion, abortion which is the greatest act of violence against woman or child in the history of our world.
I will be taking this historic pilgrimage, and walking from Belfast to Dublin in prayer to keep Ireland safe from this holocaust from the heinous lie that human life is anything but precious.
But to do that, I need to raise over $1,000.
I can contribute a small amount myself due to a tax refund. But $1,000 remains.
This event needs a writer, and a social networker -- and Rev. Mahoney has asked me to fill this need. Will you help me get there?
Please consider supporting me by contributing to this trip - my biggest expense is my airline ticket, since I will be staying in host homes and eating on the cheap while I am there. Prayerfully and/or financially, I want you to join me in Ireland. Thank you in advance!
