New Wheelchair desperately needed

Hello Everyone! I am currently running out of options, so I have decided to try this as almost a last resort. I am a 29 year old paraplegic, due to being in a car accident when I was 5 years old. Using a wheelchair, is and always will be my only mode of transportation, as I cannot walk due to injury. I am a very active wheelchair user, and with it being used almost every minute of every day, it cannot be just any old wheelchair. I use a custom ultralight wheelchair, and they can get very pricy. I have been getting the runaround from my insurances, and frankly, just don't have the upfront money it costs to get a new chair. I have always done everything I can for myself, but this is getting to the point where I have to try and ask for help. The current chair I am using is falling apart more and more, on a daily basis. It is currently starting to cause some health issues, which can lead to very serious issues, if new equipment isn't obtained. I feel horrible even typing this and asking, but I am at the point where I have to at least give it a try. Thank you all for reading, and appreciate the spread of this posting!
