Hidradenitis Suppurativa

My name is Demetrius Smith, and I always been a hard worker. I have a skin condition called Hidradenitis Suppurativa which I have been suffering with for the past ten years. My form of HS mostly attacks my face and thighs and it has gotten so bad that I have been unable to work for the past year, due to the Prejudice of recurring cysts and boils around my eyes and cheeks. I have been told that I am a crack head, have HIV, and have dirty skin due to a condition that I didn’t ask for, so they fire me because of this disease. I had to sell my car and move in with family members just to stay afloat.  I need to start going to the doctor on a regular basis before this disease becomes septic. Becoming back independent, Getting a car so I can find work to keep this disease in check is my top priority. This disease has change my life, put me in hole but I still remain optimistic that I will one day I will work my way out.  I always been a stand up guy that will give you the shirt off my back.
