Help Save Our Teacher Mr. Hammond

As a fellow teacher of our dear friend Mr. Thomas Hammond I am reaching out to any one who has a heart to give a man a second chance. Mr. Hammond who has been diagnosed with Esophageal Cancer had dedicated his life to his country and students. He has given 13 years of his life to his country as a Navy Vet and 30+ years working with the underprivileged youth in the Job Corps and public school system. As a single father who is the sole provider of 3 children we are reaching out to help him in anyway possible. Diagnosed with this disease, this man was recommended to stop employment as he goes through treatment. But due to unfortunate circumstances and lack of financial support that will not be possible. The very next week this man was back in a classroom with his “family” doing what he loves and most importantly, what keeps him pushing forward. Anything will help. We are asking no more and no less than $2 to give a man who’s done nothing but brought joy to his students the second chance that he deserves.
