Tammy Cole, is the wife and mother of Lexington Firefighters as well as serves her community of Jessamine Co.  as a 911 Dispatcher.  On November 22, 2018 (Thanksgiving Day) Tammy was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia, at just 48 years old.  Since that day a little over 4 mos ago, Tammy has spent 81 of the past 120 days in the hospital undergoing multiple rounds of chemotherapy and treatment, with several more rounds of treatment and hospitalization still ahead.

Kaiser Holland, 4 year old son to a Lexington Police Officer, was diagnosed with a form of Epilepsy known as CSWS  (Continuous Spike-Wave during Slow Wave Sleep).  Thanks to his mother's knowledge and timely action after his first seizure in October of last year, they were able to detect and diagnose it in its early stages, increasing the his odds for successful treatment in the months ahead.
