<div>Hello friends, family, and Facebook people. I am not good with words, so excuse me ahead of time. Because of recent events and cuts, <strong>I have found a bump in my road.</strong> It's not a very big one, but it could get bigger if I don't get help. Earlier this year, I was approved for a permanent housing solution program that would have given me and my children the opportunities we desperately need as a family. The year started out rough, but we showed up and did our part. My children are in a better school now and thriving. I feel like I finally found my path in this world. But because of recent events and cuts, <strong>my permanent housing solution program has just been cut.</strong> This was very unexpected for me. I am currently a full-time student at Auguste Escoffier Culinary Arts, getting my Associate's degree. I only have one year left of my pastry arts. <strong>I really need my kitchen to complete this step in my life towards my bigger goals and dreams.</strong> I have talked to many resources, and most of them want you to have a cut-off notice already, or they don't start back until January in the office because of the holidays. Although I do side jobs with my cleaning and baking, it does not cover all my needs. I have been actively seeking full-time employment that I am capable of doing around my children's schedule. The leasing department is not happy about the housing program being shut down. This is causing them to do things like charge me for repairs, etc. Despite that, I have rights and all of that. Yes! I am working with a tenants' rights organization. I still will owe them rent of $1,700 on January 1st and currently owe them $150 for repairs. This puts me at a whopping $1,850 that I need help with. <strong>I am asking for prayers for doors to open. If you can help, that's fine; a prayer will do.</strong> Thank you ahead of time.
