John's road to recovery

John’s Road to Recovery.
Thanks to the grace of God, John’s guardian angels, and the amazing team of Nurses and Doctors at the Pemberton Emergency Medical Clinic, John is on his road to recovery.
Holly, Zachary and I are overjoyed to have their dad and my husband home from St. Paul’s hospital in Vancouver, where the exceptional care continued.
On August 6-2016, John went for a 2 1/2 hour mountain bike ride like he did most Saturdays, during his ride he felt dizzy and had some indigestion pain, so he laid down in the grass for a little while. Once he felt better he decided to ride down and make his way home; he was almost home when he passed out while on his bike. (Due to the fall he broke his clavicle.) A lovely lady from our neighbourhood came across John as he was coming around and walked him home.
I drove him to the clinic where he went into cardiac arrest, the medical team saved his life by never giving up and doing 90 minutes of CPR on him. Had he not been in the clinic he would not be here with his family today.
Many of our friends and family have offered to help us in any way they can which is why I’m reaching out in this way.
Unfortunately, we don’t know when John will be able to go back to work and my employment doesn’t pay the bills and rent.
Thank you for all the prayers, well wishes, healing thoughts, and support.
