Mrs T is Retiring

After years of  hard work teaching, inspiring, leading and creating that ”Burhill Sparkle” across the school, nursery and children’s centre, Mrs Taylor is retiring!

Mrs Taylor joined the school 10 years ago and became head in September 2013. During this time she has led the way in overseeing the transition from an Infant to a Primary School. But more importantly, she has been instrumental in supporting hundreds of our children to be ready to take the next step in their lives.  

She has always been a firm believer in putting the child first, so we think that after over 30 years in teaching, it is time that we put her first for a change and have set up this Go Fund Me page in which you can make a donation towards her retirement gift. 

Ideas for the gift have been given by her husband and include an acer tree, garden furniture and an iPad.
