Support4SDR

Support4SDR is a UK based group, dedicated to improving clinical care for Cerebral Palsy sufferers and providing co-ordinated support in their search for treatment. Support4SDR has been set up and run by a group of parents whose children have undergone this operation. We are not qualified to give medical advice, but are happy to discuss our own experience with you and offer support and advice in whatever other areas we can. Our aim is to become a registered charity so need all the help we can in raising sufficient funds to enable us to do this.
