Help get our animal transfer van fixed!
Our shelter relies heavily on our Dodge Sprinter to save the lives of MANY dogs, puppies and kittens through transfer to partner shelters and mobile adoptions. Last year, we placed 685 animals through mobile adoptions and nearly 1,100 animals through transfer to shelters and rescues in Colorado. Without our van, we could not do this, and right now it is in the shop for major repairs. We need to get it back on the road as soon as possible because every week it is out of commission means lives lost. Please help us raise the funds to gt our Sprinter back in action.
We have taken the van to three separate mechanics to address the issue of the vehicle slipping down to 1st gear and Melloy Dodge has been the only shop that has felt confident that the issue is the turbo resonator, which consequently, has damaged the transmission.
