Roughly 4 years ago Brooklyn was born at just 25 weeks along with her twin sister Ava. Ava didnt make it, but Brooklyn was 2 lbs and already a fighter. Brooklyn defied odds, she spent almost the first year of her lif living at Childrens Hospital until the day she finally got to go home to be with her family.
Her mom Shandelle became Brooklyn voice as any mom would and learned so much about how to care for her child. Every day that Brooklyn lived was nothing short of amazing.
On December 5th 2017 Brooklyn was having some issues breathing and her mom decided to bring her to the dr. The Dr's tried for so long to bring Brooklyn back to her family but they were not successful, and Brooklyn went home to be with her Sister Ave!
