Help Researcher Buy an EEG

Donation protected
I am a self-funded doctoral researcher at Westminster University who is also training as a Neurofeedback practitioner. I need to raise funds to purchase a proper, research-grade EEG suitable for use in my practitioner's training and my PhD research.

The equipment I need to purchase is the actual EEG recording machine itself, a selection of caps in different sizes, plus spare leads and accessories. Here is a photograph of the system: http://www.mitsar-medical.com/eeg-system/

I am a mature student who has had to fight tooth and nail to make it to higher education in the first place. I am very pleased to be able to announce that I graduated with a first class BSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, winning the Department Prize for overall achievement. Here is a magazine article I had published about my final year research project: https://thethousand.com/docs/2_Gwyneth_Rolph_Using_EEG_to_Predict_IQ.pdf

My doctoral research is a self-proposed research project that follows on from and expands the research I performed last year at undergraduate level. However, because it is my own self-proposed research, that means I am not funded. I am proceeding on that basis not because I believe I am going to make a fortune, but because I personally believe it is important in my field of science. I have done what I can so far to work and study hard, and learn my craft. Now, who is going to get behind my research so it can benefit a wider audience?

Clearly, having the right professional equipment will be huge step forward. Please consider donating to this project any amount that you are able to.
