<div>Kasper, known as Lil Happy Lil Sad, our beloved son and brother, struggled for many years with mental health issues.

<div>He was a swedish music artist, songwriter, vocalist, and producer, recognized as one of the pioneers of the sadboy genre. With 7 albums and over 168 songs to his name, his music has been streamed hundreds of millions of times across plattforms like SoundCloud, Spotify, and YouTube.

<div>He often spoke about how he wanted to help others who were struggling with mental health issues, and over the years, his music has helped hundreds of thousands of people.

<div>Tragically, Lil Happy Lil Sad took his own life on May 10, 2025, at just 27 years old. In the end, life became too heavy to bear.
</div>

<div>To honor his memory, we, his mom, dad and brothers, have chosen to start a foundation, the STAY Foundation, which will actively work to help those battling mental illness.
</div>

<div>The foundation is still in its early stages and not yet up and running, but we have already launched this fundraiser where all donations will go directly to the upcoming foundation.
</div>

<div>We don’t have a specific fundraising goal, as STAY Foundation will be ongoing. However, when launching the GoFundMe, a target amount had to be set, so we chose ~10,000 USD as an initial goal.

<div>Suicide is a major public health issue in many countries around the world, and we hope to do as much as we can to reach and support those who are considering ending their lives.
