As you know I have a special brother, Francis.
He used to attend a day program that helped with basic functions like hygiene, people skills, and assisted assimilation in the community.
A lot of the 80 participants live in CILA, Community Integrated Living Arrangement run by Oak Leyden.
I have started “Frannys Helping Hands” as a way to raise funds and host events for the adults who attend the program and hopefully start a jolly holiday season for them.
The first event is breakfast and photos, where each participant’s picture is taken.
The second event is when we distribute the photographs, a small treat bag, and serve lunch.
The events can get very expensive, and any assistance will be greatly appreciated and thank you.
