Please help me get well

As some of you know I have been severely ill for over a year now. I have had short periods of feeling somewhat better, but mostly my symptoms and my health have been dire. I could go on and on about the misery of my experience, but I'll just keep it short and say that my suffering has been enormous and I am beyond ready to be a whole healthy person again. If you would like to know more of what I've been going through please contact me and I will be happy to share of my story.
Western medicine has been great in some ways, but I have hit the end of the road with conventional diagnosis and treatments. I am now seeking the expertise of a Functional MD (read about functional medicine here https://www.ifm.org/functional-medicine/).
My only income is a small volunteer stipend and I have no savings so I am not in a financial position to pay for the costs which are not covered by my insurance. I have laid out a list of what is needed below if you are interested or curious. The sooner I can get funding, the sooner I can get testing done and the sooner I can get on the path to wellness!
I have already been extremely blessed with many angels providing financial assistance, moral support, and lots of love. My gratitude runs deep and wide for the help that I have already received.
I have a strong desire to transform this suffering into goodness and to pay forward the kindness that has been offered to me throughout this process (and throughout my life, really!), and once I am healthy I will be in a great position to do that. I have spent the last three years studying and practicing yoga in a beautiful intentional community and I am so ready to spread the wisdom, joy, and peace that I have discovered in that time.

Follow up appointment with Dr. Haiden to go over test results and subsequent treatment plan - $270
Second priority needs
Supplement upkeep - $350 (I am currently taking 15 different supplements which add up to major dollars and I will most definitely be prescribed more once the tests are in).
Food costs - $350 (Room and board is provided where I live, however, because of the very restricted diet that I am on I can only eat about 20% or less of the food here so almost all of my income is going to food...and that's even with a small food stamp allowance! A little breathing room would be extremely helpful).
Future treatment and unknown - $500 (I have no idea what treatment will look like nor the duration. I am hoping to raise enough to have a bit of a buffer to cover anything and everything that may come up).
