Sabino High School Odyssey Of The Mind
We are raising money to send our team to The Odyssey of the Mind World Finals competition in Lancing, Michigan May 21 - 26 to compete against 140 teams from the U.S. and many other countries from around the world.
Our names are (from left to right according to the picture) Krista Whelan, Myla Hooker, Megan Blum, Brittnee Lacasse, and Allison Edwards. We are from Sabino High School, Tucson, Arizona.
Odyssey of the Mind is a program that promotes creative problem solving and thinking on your feet. It teaches students many skills such as teamwork, quick thinking, good work ethic and commitment, while also creating life-long memories and friendships.
This trip not only provides an opportunity to showcase our hard work on an international level, but also gives us a chance to meet and interact with kids from different cultures.
