With the saddest and heaviest of hearts, we must share with you the unexpected passing of Lia Sparks. She was our daughter, sister, friend, and most importantly, a mother to her beautiful son, Micah. We ask that you give what you can to help with funeral expenses and to secure a future for Micah. We will share updates about funeral services and other ways to help here.
My name is Ria St. Pierre, I live in Johnson, VT and I have been friends with the Sparks family for 9 years. We met when my eldest son, now almost 11 started preschool at The Kids School. Lindsay and her whole family have played an integral role in my life being some of the only people I've ever trusted to guide and teach my children in their early years. They are some of the kindest, most loving and selfless people I have ever met. I owe them so much more than I can ever repay them.
We are raising money that can be used in any way possible to help with any and all costs related to the unexpected death of Linsdsay's sister Lia, and to help care for Lia's now motherless infant son, Micah. Lia has been living in Atlanta, Georgia for the past several years, and sadly that is where she died. There are numerous costs that go in to settling all the matters that apply to her death, and bringing our sweet girl home. We appreciate any and all help either financially or emotionally through this difficult time. I have designated Lindsay to be the sole beneficiary of this campaign and the right to withdraw the funds and distribute them for costs related Lia, Micah and her family.
