Rolling With Dave

Donation protected
After a traffic accident in 1992 left David Anderson paralyzed from the chest down, he went on to graduate from North Carolina State University and later received his Master degree from Campbell University. He met his future bride, Carmen, in 1999 while serving as a youth director at a local church. Their family grew in 2008 when 2 beautiful girls joined the family and they welcomed a baby boy later in the year. David spends his days teaching at a local high school, coaching tennis most afternoons and enjoying family time in the evenings. Any person with such a passion for family and teaching is a hero in my eyes.
Unfortunately, David’s current van is in a state of disrepair. The van has no air conditioning (It gets HOT in NC!), his seat does not rotate without manually turning it and the van ramp door will not automatically open or close, among many other problems. The condition of his van has led to 2 torn muscles in his right shoulder that will require surgery.  This will put him out of work for 3 months. This has placed quite a burden on him and the family that would be eased so much by more reliable transportation.  It is not as simple as buying another vehicle for David and his family.  New accessible vehicles can run any where from $65,000-$90,000.  He needs all the assistance he can get to make this dream a reality. It would literally change his life dramatically for many years to come. Thanks so much for your love, support, and especially your prayers.
