Victor's Medical Expenses

Marcia Fishman is organizing this fundraiser on behalf of Victor Noriega.
On behalf of Victor's friends at  Malibu East  we would like to raise money to help Victor.  On July 4th, Victor was a victim of a hit and run accident and  he has extensive injuries and a long road to recovery.   Victor is like  family to us.  This comes on the heels of Victor losing his twin brother about three months ago.
