Service Dogs for Veterans

I am a trainer at the Anytime Fitness gym in Lenoir, North Carolina. Our team has created an obstacle course run unique to our area with ALL proceeds going to a local charity. This year we have chosen to purchase professionally trained service dogs for local veterans suffering from TBI or PTSD.

Each service dog will cost us $3,000.00, our goal is to raise enough funds to purchase at least two service dogs for our veterans as well as providing transportation, lodging, and training for the veterans to become paired and acquainted with their new partners.

Our obstacle course race is being held on Saturday April 30th, 2022 within our community.

We believe we owe our veterans for the sacrifices they have made for us and our Country, and this is one small way we can contribute to their wellbeing.
