SALISBURY - Haleigh Marie Evans, 18, of Salisbury, passed away Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center. Arrangements are incomplete at this time. Lyerly Funeral Home is serving the Evans family.

If you don't know Haleigh, I would love for you to meet her! Haleigh is a typical 18 year old Senior at West Rowan High School but recently she was diagnosed with stage IV brain cancer.
The type of cancer is Glioblastoma. If you research this, you will find that it is a very serious and life threatening type of cancer.
Having said that, Haleigh is a fighter. She fought lymphocytic leukemia from 2000 to 2004.
If you have ever been a caregiver for someone who is ill, you understand there are many expenses associated. I am asking you give what you can and pass this link on to all of your friends to help this wonderful family.
They ask that you keep all of them in your prayers. Haleigh will have surgery on Wednesday, April 3rd, to remove the tumor.
