Christmas miracle

Hello, I am going through a bad divorce and have been a stay at home mom for the last nine years. My 18 yo son has autism and it was easier to stay home than keep training someone to take care of him. People would not stay on and I keep missing work. The week before Thanksgiving he was in the upstate hospital for 5 days. He keep passing out and they thought he was possible having seizure problems once more. He was on 12E hooked up to video EEG monitoring. He was sent home the Saturday before Thanksgiving. He has to go see nuro and cardo doctor in the upcoming weeks. The Friday after Thanksgiving I had a ct scan of my abdomen and was admitted to crouse on Saturday. I was in crouse for 6 days having emergency surgery done for a hernia. I came home Thursday. Saturday my truck would not start and has to have a new fuel pump put in. Last night a tree branch took out the back window of my truck. The cost is 300.00. My soon to be ex- husband took glass coverage off my truck to lower the bill. I was unable to afford to keep home owners insurance on the house because of my ex moving out. My mom took more time off work today to drive me and my son to one of his doctors apt. On the way home my surgeon called and my iron is critically low and I have to get a iron transfusion. I have to call hematology and oncology tomorrow morning to see when they can get me in. I have $8.03 to my name. My mom can not take anymore time off work. I have to somehow get my truck fixed. I am just at a lost. I don't know were to turn at this point. I have no Christmas for my kids, who are my 18 year old son and my 16 and 15 year old daughter. Can't get my truck fixed. And with just having surgery I am unable to work. I am just at a loss. Thank you to who ever reads this. God bless Michelle Walters
