Essential Employment and Training (EET) assists people with disability to develop skills that will help them achieve their life goals, increase their independence and participate as valued and active members of the community.
Since 2008, EET has been hosting “Sky’s the Limit” Mini Olympics for people with disability at Beaton Park in Wollongong. Hundreds of participants from Metropolitan Sydney, the Illawarra region and beyond have gathered each year to experience the exhilaration and joy of competition in a variety of sporting activities – Just like the Olympics. This years event will be held on 27th October 2016 at Beaton Park Leisure Centre.
What better way to raise money for Sky's the Limit Mini Olympics than to join in one of the worlds largest running events - THE 2016 CITY TO SURF
We will huff and puff our way through a massive 14km, starting in Hyde Park, we'll make our way past the famous Coca Cola sign in Kings Cross, up the notorious Heartbreak Hill and end our epic journey at the beautiful Bondi Beach.
We've set ourself the challenge of raising $1500. Please help us reach that goal by digging deep and supporting this remarkable local event.
