Pup sent to shelter after 10 years

Lobo was adopted as a puppy from a high kill shelter and was returned to the same shelter a week ago after ten  years because he has health issues. Here is story on the dodo  https://www.thedodo.com/puppy-adopted-returned-same-shelter-1936296765.html

 I have been doing animal rescue for 25 years, but because I don't have my own home cannot adopt him.  


We may have a foster or adopter, but we are still desperately looking for one in Los Angeles or on the West Coast. We are also looking for a rescue group in case after Lobo's evaluation, they say only rescue can pull him.

The money will be used to address his health issues,  transportation, and maybe kenneling/training. The guy came in all matted. He looks like he's been a backyard dog.  I just want to give him a few good years. All sentient beings deserve that. He's just a mutt, he's old, he'sick, but he's still a living being,..though time is running out.
