Dear family and friends,

Hola, ¿cÃ³mo estÃ¡?(how are you?) I hope you are doing well, and that God is working in your life as much as He is in mine!!!:)

God has really been working in my life, and he has really been revealing His will to me more and more. I am writing you this letter to share with you a challenging ministry opportunity that He has shown to me.

From April 28 through May 6, God has offered me the opportunity to go to Mexico with a mission group from my university called University Christian Ministries (UCM). UCM is a student club whose passion is to form a community of worship, prayer, fellowship, discipleship and witness on the University campus. On this mission trip, we are going to build a house for a family whom are living in cardboard, tarps, sticks , twine, wood scraps and anything they can find to shelter them from the elements.

I really want to take part of this event with three main reasons:
1.) to share LOVE

1 John 4:7 Beloved, let us love one another, for love is from God, and whoever loves has been born of God and knows God.

2) And SERVING my brothers and sisters in Christ is my way to share Love

1 Peter 4:10

Each one should use whatever gift he has received to serve others, faithfully administering God's grace in its various forms.

3. Along I want to learn and experience a whole new different culture (NOT THROUGH A VACATION by just shopping in a shopping mall or sitting on a beach)

Although I believe God will watch over me, I would like to specifically ask for you to pray for me and the others who will be going with me. Of all the things you can do to support me in this, prayer is the most important. Also, please pray that our financial needs will be met.

In order to go on this mission trip, we each need to raise $1300, and that is a major challenge for each of us. Would you please help me with a small donation or/and keep me on your prayer:)?

I can't wait to do God's work in Mexico and experience His amazing plan for me. I will share my journey with you when I am back :) and of course with lots of awesome photos!
