Meet Josefina Ruth Adame, my beautiful 5 year old daughter, who will be 6 years old in September.
I have not seen my adorable daughter for more than a year. I love and miss her with all my heart. She is my whole world from the moment I found out I was going to be a father. I am broken without her and my life will never be the same without her. I am a good father and have always done my best to provide and take very good care of her. From working and putting myself through college while I earned two college degrees to better her life.
I was a daily part of my daughters life and we were very close until her mother refused to let me see our daughter. I love and I miss my daughter and I would like to re-establish my relationship with my daughter. I believe we both should be part of our daughters life and also have a relationship with our daughter.
It was easy for the judicial system to take my rights away as a father. It's easy for them to take my money as I work hard everyday just to save money for a lawyer. They make it difficult and nearly impossible for me to get my daughter back in my life. We both deserve to be in each others life. I love her and she loves me. It has been long enough and enough is enough.
I have been working hard to retain a lawyer and that is why I am here writing to you because I feel I have exhausted all options. I don't know what else to do. I cry every single day, because all I want is to be part of my daughters life. My daughter needs her daddy as much as I need her. I am her example, the man she should be looking up to, to show her and teach her how a man should treat her when she gets old enough to date. I have missed enough. I always wonder what she's thinking. I wonder if she thinks I don't love her and that I just went away and left her. I didn't. I never will. I haven't given up and I never will. I am fighting to get my parental rights back because the love I have as a father for my daughter will never go away and she deserves to be loved and given all the love by me. Her father.
Please help me fight the good fight from one father to another and from a father to a mother. I need help to raise money to retain a lawyer. Any amount will go a long way from the smallest fund to words of encouragement will be greatly appreciated.
