Babyfood Co. Needs Help to Start

Hello
I'm hoping you can all find it in your hearts to hear my story and see the benefits of my new endeavor. Hope you can help.
I have changed my goal from$10.682.00 to $5682.00. I have been able to source less expensive options for packaging, advertising, etc.
I'm Alicia and I am a single mother to my 1 year old son, Jack, the little bugger in the picture. When Jack was in my belly, little did I know but an idea was to be born the same time he was.
With all the issues of our food supplies, I knew I wanted to make sure Jack would eat the freshest, healthiest foods possible. When it came time for him to switch from strictly breastmilk to solids,
I started to make all of Jack's food from scratch. Using only farmer's market produce I quickly realized what a process it turned out to be.
Driving to each farmer's market, steaming, peeling, mashing pureeing, cooling and containing all of his food was a bit of a daunting process and also became somewhat wasteful because Jack could never eat all of the food I made for him from the produce I purchased each week.
I know there is freezing , but something about thawed out baby food purees was unappetizing to Jack and I'm sure other children alike.
I also know there are those squeeze pouches that are quite popular now but, many varieties add water and have "best if used by" dates of up to a year from the date of purchase. Many also use produce from as far away as Chile and I don't know about you but if I wouldn't eat a butternut squash from a pouch why would I let my growing boy eat one.
With the surplus of baby food I ended up having from Jack's home made baby food, I began selling the remainder of the food to other friends, with babies, and low and behold,
Baby Food To You was born.
Baby Food To You promises to take the hassle, work, travel time and waste out of your hands and promises to deliver to your door, on a 4-day, 7-day or full month schedule, fresh, hand-made, organic baby food purees, mashes and nibbles. All from local farmers.
The benefits of the service are first and foremost;
1: freshness ( guaranteed farm to table 7 days or less)
2: certified organic produce
3: seasonal varieties ( guarantees the height in flavor, as opposed to something grown out of season)
4: no added salts, sugar, or water
5: portability ( containers are recyclable/ biodegradable, and contain no BPA's)
6: no GMO's EVER.
Baby Food To You plans to branch out to toddler and children's meals, but baby steps first and then hopefully we will be expanding our services to cater to older children within the next few months.
Speaking of catering, we cater children's events, and have plans to work with local day care centers to provide all of our fresh options for their meal services.
Baby Food To You also plans to donate week and month services to less fortunate families on a regular basis, through several programs located in the greater Los Angeles area that help families in need.
For a detailed budget of what my financial goal covers and what your donations are going towards, feel free to write me in the comments and I will send you an email of the 6 month budget.
So please, help me make healthy, fresh, safer food options easier for busy families that , like me, care about what our children are putting into their growing bodies.
Starting our children with clean, healthy food options from their very first bites is the best way to guarantee they will continue to chose healthier options as they grow.
