Far too often members and supporters of the motorcycle club community are lost for decades in the criminal justice system, serving sentences far in excess of what is justified for the crimes implied. A primary example is Aaron Wenner, a longtime supporter of the MC community in Southern California. Aaron is the victim of what appears to be vindictive prosecution and sentencing for an alleged simple assault. The State of Washington, where Aaron is incarcerated, wants to keep him in prison for 17 years based on an unconstitutional sentence. Aaron is fighting back and needs all of the help he can get. In the words of Hessians MC, Spike, Board Member ABATE, NCOM, Member Council of Clubs Nat. PR, MRF, explains: "Aaron is not only a good friend, fellow motorcyclist and previous coworker with a great work ethic; he is father of two young boys. Although, not a patch holder in my club, he has ridden to and attended many biker functions in our community and has been very charitable and supportive to all our causes. By a sad chain of events, Aaron has suffered many unjust, non-compliant judicial actions against him resulting in the tide turning, where he could now really use OUR help. Please help our fellow biker get justice, reunite with his family and rejoin the workplace as a productive member of society." Cheers Spike – –
