This is for donations to the objections to the application for use and bulk variance on Meinzer Street, in the Cliffwood section of Aberdeen.
Residents, neighbors and friends are donating to assist with the legal fees for the attorney's retained to object to the application on our collective behalf. The meeting is July 27th, 7pm in the NEW community room at the corner of Amboy and Prospect.
Your friends and neighbors are organizing and preparing this legal objection all by themselves, and we are doing all that legally can be done to object to the application.
There will also be the ability to make a donation via check - please refer to our facebook page for more information on this....thanks!
The funds are needed ASAP, as the clock is ticking, and the attorney's are working. I have pledged $1500 to this cause personally, and have used that to secure the retainer, short of full payment.
Our goal is to cover the pending costs for this legal representation, as well as cover any expert testimony that may be needed.
