Bringing my family back together

My ex-husband of 20 years and father to my 6 kids is going to Federal Prison on July 12th for 18 months. He has filed a motion to adjust our current Parenting Plan. In this motion he wants my two youngest boys to remain with his wife, and not come live with me while he’s in prison.
Since getting divorced in 2014, he moved to Oklahoma, then Colorado, and now lives in Pratt, Kansas. Our jurisdiction is in Kansas because he did the paperwork to keep it challenging for me to fight back.
I’m a school teacher and have my 2 middle children who live with me full time. My two youngest are with me the summers and all holidays, including Spring Break. I have a full time job, work part time at a pizza restaurant delivering pizza, DJ events, coach at my school, teach Saturday school, and summer school. I get paid $596/month for child support, which will be adjusted by 50% when my daughter graduates from high school.
Moral of the story, I don’t have money for legal fees but my boys will come home and be with their Mom and siblings. It’s well past due.
Thank you for any help & support you can give.
