Baby Elianna

On August 29th, at 3:25pm my baby niece Elianna was born. She was born prematurely. On Wednesday, October 7th, we got a call from the Dr saying that Elianna got an infection called  Necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) is a devastating disease that affects mostly the intestine of premature infants. The wall of the intestine is invaded by bacteria, which cause local infection and inflammation that can ultimately destroy the wall of the bowel intestine. On Saturday, October 10th at 3:50pm, baby Elianna was taken off life support. At 8:09pm she took her final breath and went to heaven. Baby Elianna was a little warrior and fought hard in her 42 days of being born. Elianna will be laid to rest with her mommy. Please help us give her a proper burial.
