Growing up we naturally ponder who we will marry, how many children we will have and what our future may hold. So let me ask you, did anyone ever stop you in your thoughts and say "hold on dear, don't get too ahead of yourself, you may be the 12% percent of those who struggle with infertility." No?...well no one told us either, yet that is where our love story comes to a screeching halt. While we have been blessed with an amazing marriage, it is our desire for children together that remains elusive.
Jordan and I have been together for 7 years. In hopes of extending our family, we have both naturally and medically conceived a total of 8 times; all of which have resulted in miscarriage. After years of medical intervention, costly diagnostics, ultrasounds and analysis we continue to fall short. Trying to find the pieces of the puzzle through these interventions, we are considered to have the dreaded diagnosis of "unexplained infertility". Thus, after multiple recommendations we are advised to undergo IVF in hopes of ever having a child together.
It is with heavy hearts and vulnerability that we come to our family and friends for support. We pray that God grants us open minds to understand, thankful hearts for what He has already graciously given us, and strength to endure whatever the outcome, knowing that it is His will. Please know that while monetary support helps us meet our goal of IVF, it is the power of prayer that is just as important to us. Thank you in advance for your donation and prayers!!!
