Edward Nelson's Motorcycle Accident

Yesterday a fellow motorcyclist; Edward Nelson was in a serious motorcycle accident on Highway 152 and was hit head on by an SUV that was driving on the wrong side of the road. He is currently in critical condition in the ICU and could use your support. Please send your thoughts and prayers for him and his family. Also, if you can donate anything to help with his medical expenses it would be greatly apperciated.
He has a wife, 2 children and a big loving family.
The story: We were going for a group motorcycle ride on Sunday (July 3rd) through the Santa Cruz mountains. There were 4 of us - Edaward, myself (Jeff), Tyler, and Matt. We rode through the Santa Cruz mountains and stopped for lunch and talked about life and our love for motorcycles. After lunch we headed toward Gilroy to some roads Edward suggested. We were riding on Highway 152 and there was a lot of construction and the road shifted into just 1 lane for part of our ride. There were certain areas that traffic signals were placed to inform drivers that the road would be shifting into 1 lane and ongoing and oncoming traffic had to allow each direction to pass safely in these areas. Then the road would open up to 2 lanes and drivers would need to drive on their perspective lanes. If you are familiar with these roads there are a lot of twists and hair pin turns. Normal ideal roads for motorcyclists. Edward was leading our group and proceeded around a blind right and a SUV was in the left hand lane. They both collided head on. We stopped to help him as he laid face down on the side of the street. Thankfully he was breathing but was unresponsive. I tried to call 911 however there wasn't any cell service in that area and none of the other motorist had serivce either. Matt and I decided to race down to the mountain on our motorcycles to find service and call 911. We were unable to get any cell service until 2 miles down the road. The ambulance arrived about 30 minutes or so after the call. Thankfully Tyler had medical training (EMT school I think) and stayed with him. Tyler maintained an open airway and held C-spine until EMS could get up the mountain.
He is currently in crtical condition and remains unresponsive, please keep Ed and his family in your prayers and donate toward his medical expenses if possible.
