LoveInAction - Julie's Medical Fund

My name is Lori Memsic, and I am writing on behalf of our dear friend and TRFamily member, Julie Feldman. When you meet a person who opens their heart and makes you feel special, you will always be grateful and appreciative of them sharing their light. Julie, whose outer beauty is equally matched by her inner beauty, knows how to lift spirits. She is kind, compassionate and makes a lasting impression on everyone she meets. Now she needs our help. Julie has recently been diagnosed with Waldenstrom macroglobulinemia. Waldenstrom's is a very rare Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma that will affect less than 2000 people each year. It's a cancer that involves plasma cells and lymphocytes; both imperative for a healthy immune system. Treatment may include targeted immunotherapy, plasmapheresis, chemotherapy, and possibly stem cell/bone marrow transplant.It's never easy asking for help, and along with your continued thoughts, prayers, and energies it is with humility and gratitude that we've set up this fund so that Julie might be blessed by friends and family in a practical way. With a $7500 deductible, we don't want this to be her biggest worry. Her energy and focus needs to be on healing and recovery.We can't thank everyone enough for the weight you will lift with your help. I know that every dollar will mean the world to Jules.
