James and the Giant Peach is the Prescott Drama Club's fifth annual production, with a cast and crew of 35 fourth-eighth graders.
In spite of the "new normal" we are all facing, Mr. McCarthy and Mrs. Kirshner are dedicated to supporting the students as they bring this show to life. To make this happen, the Drama Club will be producing a pre-recorded Remote Production of James and the Giant Peach. It will be broadcasted on the scheduled show dates: Thursday May 28th, Friday May 29th, and Saturday May 30th via a YouTube Premiere.
In the past, our productions have been donation-based. These donations help us run - we receive no funding from the school. The money goes towards rights and royalties of the play, sets, costumes, etc.
Normally, we have audience members donate as they enter the gym; but this year we obviously do not have that opportunity.
