Funeral expenses

Hi, my name is Macie. Unexpectedly today we had to say goodbye to a good mother, sister and friend Caitlin O’showy. 15 days ago Cait had brain surgery to remove a tumor on her brain. Surgey went well and she came home after spending 4 days in the hospital. She was doing really well and was feeling pretty good. On Wednesday she started experiencing a lot of pain and pressure in her head. Early Thursday morning she was in the worst pain she had experienced, she was barely able to move and was throwing up. The paramedics arrived and took her to University of Penn where she had her surgery at. After hours of waiting for answers and test being ran doctors came to the conclusion she had an infection. The doctor came in and said they will be taking her into surgery to remove the bacteria and clean up the infection. During the surgery her blood stopped flowing to her brain and her blood pressure dropped to dangerously low numbers and could not be brought back up. The surgeons did everything they could to try and fix the problem but they were unsuccessful. Unfortunately Caitlin didn’t make it and was pronounced brain dead. Anyone who knows Caitlin knows how strong she was and how hard she fought. Caitlin leaves behind her 8 year old daughter, sister and brother in law. Caitlin had one of the most beautiful souls with a huge heart. Any donations will go towards her funeral expenses and towards her 8 year old daughter’s living expenses.
